Herts hip hop magazine

in terms of your content could you tell me about the content ideas for the magazine?

i would have a Q&A with a different artist every 2 weeks this would be done on my double page spread and its about any new songs or whats happening in there life. and for my single page i would have a ranking of the most listened in Hertfordshire 

what about the other pages?

it would contain information of other artist that week but my double page spread would be about my most popular artist in hertfordshire.

what social media platforms would you use?

i would use Instagram and tiktok as the main social media platforms however i would have to be careful on Instagram as people think adverts are scams

what features of the those social medias will you use?

i would post a story of the artists featuring on my magazine that week so people can see if they want to buy it, i will also include a small part of and Q&A to entice people into buying the whole thing.

how would you engage with your audience using them social medias?

replying to messages from customers from customers who are asking about the magazine ?

I need to have less information and more visuals 

and have more on my notes so i can answer more questions without repeating what i already said

what about the Rest of the magazine so we've got what 30 odd pages to film what else is going  to go in there ? in the rest of my magazine I'm goings to include a ranking system of the top songs of the Hertfordshire at the time of each issue released. I'm also going to have other pages with locations you can see other Hertfordshire bands play

changes and possible questions

In my final pitch I will change the amount of text I include on the slide as when watching the pitch back I could see that the slides were quite full of text. Some of the feedback stated that I went through the information overly quickly on my slides without explaining in much detail at all - so in my main pitch I will go over some notes which are different to the content on the slides which further explains the points I am trying to pitch to my audience. I didn’t explain much about the Resources & Personnel so in my main pitch I will ensure that I provide more information with clear explanations.

You mentioned the Hertfordshire life being your competition - how are you going to compete with such a big brand?

The magazine is quite expensive how will you justify the price?

My magazine is going to be created using environmentally friendly materials so t the price is slightly higher. we may use recycled paper or biodegradable paper - this is going to cost more than regular paper but my Target Audience care about environmental impacts of purchasing a physical magazine so they will like to pay more to ensure they aren't damaging the environment.

where will you mainly distribute your magazine?

I will mainly distribute my magazine at venues that allow pop  bands/ singers to perform this is because everyone at that venue will probably like pop music so if i advertise and sell my magazines there when they enter or as they leave they might buy a copy of my magazine.

why would your colour scheme appeal to your target audience?

My colour scheme appeals to my target audience as my colour scheme is bright colours this appeals to younger audiences 

Do you have a secondary target audience?

I do have two target audiences. The main one being late teens to young adults in my main group of people I am trying to appeal my product to and have designed in mind but do have a secondary target audience of university students enrolled at the a university of Hertfordshire who are already within the main target audience but will be brought in to consume the product through the media.
